Shipping Policy — A Hand Crafted Gaatha

Processing Time: All orders are handcrafted and dispatched within 3–5 business days of payment confirmation.

Custom Orders: For custom or personalised pieces, the processing and dispatch timeline may vary depending on the complexity of the piece and the final design confirmation date. The dispatch timeline will be communicated to you once the order details are finalised.

Domestic Shipping (India): Delivered within 5–8 business days after dispatch. Shipping charges, if any, will be displayed at checkout.

International Orders: We currently do not offer standard international shipping. However, if you're ordering from outside India and would love to get your hands on our pieces, we'd be happy to work something out! Please reach out to us at namaste@ahandcraftedgaatha.com or DM us on Instagram before placing your order and we'll do our best to make it happen. 🌍

Tracking: A tracking number will be shared via email once your order is dispatched.

Damaged in Transit: If your order arrives damaged, please email us at namaste@ahandcraftedgaatha.com with your order number, photos, and a package opening video within 48 hours of delivery. Claims without a package opening video cannot be processed.
