Return & Refund Policy — A Hand Crafted Gaatha

All products at A Hand Crafted Gaatha are handmade with love and care. Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, minor variations in colour, texture, or finish are not considered defects — they are part of the charm!

Returns: We accept returns within 7 days of delivery if the product is damaged, defective, or significantly different from what was ordered. Items must be unused and in original packaging.

⚠️ Package Opening Video — Mandatory A continuous, unedited video of the package being opened is compulsory for all return and damage claims. Claims raised without a package opening video will not be accepted. Please ensure you record from the moment you receive the package until the product is fully unboxed.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

Non-returnable items: Custom or personalised orders cannot be returned unless defective.

How to initiate a return: Email us at namaste@ahandcraftedgaatha.com with your order number, photos of the issue, and your package opening video within 7 days of delivery.
